Shipping Policy

For deliveries within Greece, consumers are charged the following shipping costs:

  • Subject to deposit into bank accounts (for areas within Attica), the shipping charge is €3 (including 24% VAT).

  • Subject to cash on delivery (for areas outside Attica), the shipping charge is €4 (including 24% VAT).

  • For deliveries to foreign countries or to Cyprus, transportation and cash on delivery costs will be agreed upon as appropriate.

  • In case of product exchange, which must be returned to N aeniam by post, the cost of transportation from the consumer to us is €6.5 for areas within Attica.

  • In case of product exchange, which must be returned to N aeniam by post, the cost of transportation from the consumer to us is €7.5 for areas outside Attica.

  • In the event of a product change, due to a defect in the product itself, the cost of transportation to us is zero for all regions.


Place of delivery

The Products are delivered to the address stated when ordering, within the Greek Territory and, where applicable, in Cyprus or other destinations.

Delivery method and time

The shipping time of the Products you have ordered depends on many factors as there may be delays for reasons beyond our control. See Section III.3.5 below for what applies in the event of a delay in delivery. The Products are shipped exclusively either via the courier company EASYMAIL or SPEEDEX for the Greek Territory or via ELTA COURIER for abroad. Likewise for Cyprus.

When placing your order, you can choose to have the Products shipped to you or to pick them up from our store in Glyfada, Attica.

In particular, the following applies, subject to reasons of force majeure and not attributable to our own fault:

Subject to what is expressly stated in these Terms of Use, if your order is completed by 12:00 PM from Monday to Friday, the delivery times are as follows:

For deliveries within Greek territory:

Products are delivered within one (1) to three (3) working days.

There may be delays depending on the distance and accessibility of the delivery destination.

Note: Orders placed by 12:30 p.m. (Greece time) will be processed by us on the same or next day, while orders placed after this time will be processed on the next or next day. Orders placed on Friday after 12:00 p.m. (Greece time) and throughout the weekend will be processed on Monday.

The above deadlines do not apply during periods of extreme weather events or strikes or pandemics and in any case of force majeure, which may affect transportation and delivery times. In this case, naeniam boutique collaborates with specific courier and transport companies.

Please note that because orders are linked to the online system of the courier companies we work with and listed herein, it is not possible to ship your products with another courier company of your choice. In case of any problems or questions, please contact our customer service department at 211-4076779.

Product deliveries are made from Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Delivery delay

Our Company makes every effort to ensure the timely and appropriate delivery of your Products, however, we reserve the right that the delivery of your Product(s) may be delayed in the following cases, but not limited to: (a) the Product has been delayed in being sent by our supplier due to, for example, a delay in its transport, force majeure, etc., resulting in us not having it in our warehouse when we estimate, (b) there is a force majeure event, such as, for example, extreme weather events, strikes, or any other event outside our sphere of influence and control which may affect the transport and delivery of your order, (c) there is a lack of sufficient stock.

In the above cases we will contact you to ask if you would like us to deliver your order without the Product that is delayed or unavailable, or to suggest an alternative, or to inform you of the delivery time of the product that is not immediately available. In case you are not satisfied with our proposal, you have the right to cancel the order in part or in its entirety and to issue you a credit voucher with the money already paid for your future purchases from our store.

Responsibility upon delivery

We inform you that our Company remains solely responsible for any damage or loss of your products until you (or third parties authorized by you) obtain physical possession of the Products.

If on the specified delivery date you are not at the declared address to receive the Products, our shipping company will try two (2) more times, on the following business days, to deliver your order to you. In the event that the shipment is ultimately not successful, then your order is automatically returned to us and registered as Refusal. It is expressly agreed and as an exception to the general rule of liability that concerns us, you are responsible for loss or damage to the Products, and the Products are stored in accordance with the terms of the transport and at your own expense.
