For deliveries within Greece, consumers are charged the following shipping costs:

  • Subject to deposit into bank accounts (for areas within Attica), the shipping charge is €3 (including 24% VAT).

  • Subject to cash on delivery (for areas outside Attica), the shipping charge is €4 (including 24% VAT).

  • For deliveries to foreign countries or to Cyprus, transportation and cash on delivery costs will be agreed upon as appropriate.

  • In case of product exchange, which must be returned to N aeniam by post, the cost of transportation from the consumer to us is €6.5 for areas within Attica.

Place of delivery

The Products are delivered to the address stated when ordering, within the Greek Territory and, where applicable, in Cyprus or other destinations.

Delivery method and time

The shipping time of the Products you have ordered depends on many factors as there may be delays for reasons beyond our control. See Section III.3.5 below for what applies in the event of a delay in delivery. The Products are shipped exclusively either via the courier company EASYMAIL or SPEEDEX for the Greek Territory or via ELTA COURIER for abroad. Likewise for Cyprus.

When placing your order, you can choose to have the Products shipped to you or to pick them up from our store in Glyfada, Attica.

In particular, the following applies, subject to reasons of force majeure and not attributable to our own fault:

Subject to what is expressly stated in these Terms of Use, if your order is completed by 12:00 PM from Monday to Friday, the delivery times are as follows:

For deliveries within Greek territory:

Products are delivered within one (1) to three (3) working days.

There may be delays depending on the distance and accessibility of the delivery destination.

Note: Orders placed by 12:30 p.m. (Greece time) will be processed by us on the same or next day, while orders placed after this time will be processed on the next or next day. Orders placed on Friday after 12:00 p.m. (Greece time) and throughout the weekend will be processed on Monday.

The above deadlines do not apply during periods of extreme weather events or strikes or pandemics and in any case of force majeure, which may affect transportation and delivery times. In this case, naeniam boutique collaborates with specific courier and transport companies.

Please note that because orders are linked to the online system of the courier companies we work with and listed herein, it is not possible to ship your products with another courier company of your choice. Product deliveries are made from Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Delivery delay

Our Company makes every effort to ensure the timely and appropriate delivery of your Products, however, we reserve the right that the delivery of your Product(s) may be delayed in the following cases, but not limited to: (a) the Product has been delayed in being sent by our supplier due to, for example, a delay in its transport, force majeure, etc., resulting in us not having it in our warehouse when we estimate, (b) there is a force majeure event, such as, for example, extreme weather events, strikes, or any other event outside our sphere of influence and control which may affect the transport and delivery of your order, (c) there is a lack of sufficient stock.

In the above cases we will contact you to ask if you would like us to deliver your order without the Product that is delayed or unavailable, or to suggest an alternative, or to inform you of the delivery time of the product that is not immediately available. In case you are not satisfied with our proposal, you have the right to cancel the order in part or in its entirety and to issue you a credit voucher with the money already paid for your future purchases from our store.

Responsibility upon delivery

We inform you that our Company remains solely responsible for any damage or loss of your products until you (or third parties authorized by you) obtain physical possession of the Products.

If on the specified delivery date you are not at the declared address to receive the Products, our shipping company will try two (2) more times, on the following business days, to deliver your order to you. In the event that the shipment is ultimately not successful, then your order is automatically returned to us and registered as Refusal. It is expressly agreed and as an exception to the general rule of liability that concerns us, you are responsible for loss or damage to the Products, and the Products are stored in accordance with the terms of the transport and at your own expense.

You have a period of fourteen (14) calendar days (excluding weekends and holidays, unless the final day of the period is a Sunday or a holiday) to withdraw from any purchase you may have made through our online store, without stating the reasons or providing us with any explanation regarding your desire to return the product(s) (unreasonable withdrawal).

The aforementioned period of fourteen (14) calendar days for exercising the right of withdrawal is set from the day following the day on which you or a person you may indicate to us as responsible for receiving your products (other than the carrier), acquires physical possession of the products. In case you have ordered more than one product in one order and which are delivered separately, the period for exercising the right of withdrawal in accordance with the above starts from the day following the day on which you or a person you may indicate to us as responsible for receiving your products (other than the carrier) acquires physical possession of the last good. In any case, if the expiry of the period coincides with a weekend or public holiday, it is extended until the next working day.

Procedures for exercising rights

To exercise the right of withdrawal above, you must, before the expiration of the period for exercising it in accordance with the above, inform us of your decision to withdraw from the Sales Contract that we have concluded, with a clear statement (e.g. a letter) which you will send in one of the following ways:

The use of the attached Form is not mandatory.

Consumer obligations upon withdrawal

In order to meet the withdrawal period, you must send us your declaration of exercise of your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired in accordance with the provisions set out herein. You expressly agree that your communication of exercise of the right of withdrawal is deemed to have reached us on the next business day after the request for withdrawal is sent to us in accordance with the provisions set out herein.

The deadline is considered to have been met if you send back the Products before the end of the 14 calendar day period, as defined above. Also, the products from which you withdraw, can also be returned by you to the NAENIAM BOUTIQUE physical store only if you wish a credit or exchange.

The exercise of the right of withdrawal constitutes, by law, your obligation to prove to us that you exercised it in good time (the date on which the request for withdrawal was submitted to our company), in order for us to calculate the legal deadlines arising from this and the law.

The cost of returning the products from which you withdraw is borne by you. If you use the transport company with which we collaborate ( EASYMAIL or SPEEDEX ), the return cost is €6 within Attica and €7.5 outside Attica, with the obligation to return and resend the product to us (at the address: “STERGIOU MARIETA GEORGIOS||NAENIAM BOUTIQUE, Glyfada Attica, on Laodikis Street no. 40A, in the Municipality of Glyfada, ZIP Code 16674, Greece”).

The cost is paid to the courier company upon receipt of the product for re-shipment to us or will be deposited at Naeniam 's Bank ( Eurobank or Piraeus Bank after consultation with the User).

In case you use any other transport company or ELTA to return the product from which you withdraw, you pay directly to it the return cost that you will agree with the courier company in question.

For returns from any other country (except Greece), you must find the courier company yourself and pay the corresponding fee directly to it. In case you have ordered the product from a country that uses a currency other than the Euro, you undertake to cover the cost of the return in addition to the cost in case of an exchange rate difference, in case of customs clearance or import duties, etc.

Company Obligations

Without prejudice to what is expressly set forth herein, if you withdraw from a purchase of yours in accordance with the provisions herein, and return the product to us, without wishing to exchange it for another or to be granted an electronic credit of your money via voucher to your Naeniam account, on a case-by-case basis, under certain conditions and provided that the purchase of the product from which you withdraw was made on delivery, it is possible (under the terms that we will decide on a case-by-case basis) to credit your bank account which you will notify us of when exercising the right of withdrawal, since by accepting these terms you expressly and unreservedly declare to us that you consent to a different method of refunding your money as a result of withdrawal.

The method followed by our Company is to credit your money to your Account held in our online store for your next purchase at Naeniam (either in our e - shop or in our physical store) or by issuing an equivalent voucher , i.e. of equal value to the value of the product.

The credit will be proportional to the cost of the return as stated above.

The amount of credit in your Account held in our online store as a result of the above, you can use without restrictions in our online store and in our physical store.

Return of Products due to withdrawal

We are entitled to delay the refund of your money until we receive back the products from the purchase of which you withdraw in the same good condition in which you received them. In case of withdrawal in accordance with the above, it is clarified that any products that you have purchased with a discount due to the purchase of the product from which you withdraw, you must return them together with the main product from which you withdraw, otherwise the withdrawal is considered as not exercised by you and therefore no obligation is generated for us.

You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility for any reduction in the value of the products you return, which (reduction) occurs as a result of your handling or misuse of the products in question, other than that which is necessary to determine the nature and properties of the products. It is clarified, however, that in order for the credit or exchange to be made, the product that we received as a result of your withdrawal must be in the excellent condition in which it was received without damage and must be complete, in its original packaging and accompanied by all relevant documents (receipt, return form and/or return receipt, distinctive product tags). The Company DOES NOT receive products that are returned upon your withdrawal and which are dirty, damaged, scratched, creased and generally give us the impression that they have been used beyond what is necessary to determine their suitability.

All products must be returned in good general condition and clean as delivered by the Company.

For clarification, the footwear must be tried on a soft carpet or something similar, otherwise the Company does NOT accept footwear that gives any impression that they were not tried on a mat or very soft surface. For swimwear, it is clarified that for hygiene reasons, you must try them on with the sticker they carry and return them with it, otherwise they will be considered as unacceptable by our Company and therefore the right of withdrawal as not exercised. Earrings are not returned for health safety reasons, since it is not possible to determine how they were tried on by you.

Also, the returned product must be accompanied by all the necessary documents you received upon receipt, otherwise the Company will not receive them as you agree that the right of withdrawal has not been legally exercised and in accordance with the terms hereof.

For your convenience, the Company, together with the return form, encloses a "return receipt" form which bears the EASYMAIL / SPEEDEX logo, has the full details of the sender (yours) and recipient (our Company) filled in and states that the charge for the return cost is the recipient's. This form is scanned by the courier and accompanies the products you wish to return.

Returns policy

Please make your return within 14 days from the day you received your order. In order to make a return, it is necessary that the product is in excellent condition with the special markings (tags), the order receipt and the special return form.

NAENIAM does not follow a refund policy for product exchanges.

IN THE EVENT OF A RETURN, YOU HAVE THE OPTION:

1. Make an exchange for the same or another product in the store. (Applies only to orders within Greece and upon special arrangement for Cyprus).

Make your exchange at the NAENIAM BOUT I QUE store, having the product and the purchase receipt with you.

2. Make an exchange for the same or another product through our online store.

Make your change in the e-shop if you made your initial purchase from there.

Return the product very well packaged to avoid damage during transport, using the EASYMAIL or SPEEDEX service.

The cost of returning the product, which you are responsible for, is 6€ within Attica and 7.5€ outside Attica, with the obligation to return and resend the product to us (at the address: "STERGIOU MARIETA GEORGIOS||NAENIAM BOUTIQUE, Glyfada Attica, on Laodikis Street no. 40A, in the Municipality of Glyfada, ZIP Code 16674, Greece").

This amount will be deducted from your change or refund and therefore will not need to be paid to the shipping company. There is also the option to pay the courier directly. You will arrange what will apply with the Naeniam Service Department.

In case you choose to use any other shipping method of your choice, you will be fully responsible for the shipping costs, which you will pay to the shipping company you choose at the time of shipping the package. Your package must contain:

a. the product you are returning

b. the special return form that was in the original package you received, completed with the required information and selecting the box that says ''credit/exchange''

c. your receipt.

To reserve/hold the product you wish to exchange, you must place a new order following the same procedure as a regular cash on delivery order, simply to deduct the amount/balance resulting from your returned items, you must note the word ''Change'' in the ''Comments'' field.

Please note that the final amount with the credit will not be automatically shown to you when you place your order, it will be deducted from our accounting after your return is processed.

3. Credit your funds through our online store (For purchases through the online store), in the form of an electronic or printed Voucher , in order to make future purchases in our physical or online store.

Voucher validity period 30 days. If not used within this period, it loses its validity.

  • All orders placed from Greece.

  • For Cyprus, it only applies to orders placed with a Credit/Debit card or via PayPal.

  • On a case-by-case basis for certain European countries.

Return the product very well packaged to avoid damage during transport, as above and follow the instructions above. Simply in order for the required credit voucher to be issued, you must note the word ''Change - Issue of Credit Voucher '' in the ''Comments'' field.

We remind you how:

  • The return process usually takes 3-7 business days from the moment we receive the return at our company. This is because all returns go through the quality control process before they reach the online store offices for customer information. Therefore, when your return arrives at the online store offices, you will also receive the necessary information.

  • In the event that a defect is found during the quality control of the returned product, the company must return the package to the consumer or contact the consumer to resolve the issue. Unwanted odors that the returned product may have can also be considered a defect.

  • For hygiene reasons, NAENIAM does not accept returns on tights, masks and earrings.

  • It is clarified that for hygiene reasons, swimsuits should be tried on with the sticker attached and returned with it. Swimsuits returned without the sticker cannot be accepted.
